Stay up-to-date on project activities and monitor team utilization with minimal time investment using high-level periodic reports designed for project managers and executives.
Instructions
Step 1: Subscribe to Project Reports
To begin, log in to your Reconstruct project and navigate to the "User Management" tab. Locate your name under your organization, and in the "Project Reports" column next to your name, select "Weekly", "Monthly", or "Monthly and Weekly" from the dropdown list to set your desired report frequency.
You will receive an email containing the report every Saturday for weekly reports, or on the first day of the month for monthly reports, depending on your chosen setting.
Step 2: Review Report Content
The email you receive contains the report in the body of the email and as a PDF attachment, which you can download, share, and access offline.
The report includes:
- A summary of newly uploaded/processed images, videos, drawings, BIMs, and point clouds during the reporting period.
- User activity data, such as the number of active users, measurements taken, and images shared.
- Information about the sources of new image reality captures.
- A distribution overview of reality capture images across different locations.
