Creating Tasks in the Schedule

Pins can be linked to schedule activities. To create an activity in the schedule linked to a pin, right-click on the pin and select “Find/Create Tasks”. A window in the schedule will allow you to add any additional details, such as Work Breakdown Structure, PIN ID, etc., to the task before you save it to your schedule. Once saved, the task linked to the selected pin will show in the schedule.

Finding Tasks in the Schedule 

Automatically navigate to a pin's attached task in a schedule by right-clicking on the pin and selecting “Find/Create Task”. This will navigate you to the activity in the schedule.
