Purchasing Reconstruct
If you want to use Reconstruct in your project, you should reach out to our sales team by filling in this form or calling +1 (650) 646-6301. A member of our sales team will reach out to you and help you set up your project.
Accessing Your Project
After you finalize your order process with our sales team a kick-off meeting will be scheduled. Prior to or shortly after the kick-off meeting the team will send you an email with an invitation to your new project in Reconstruct. Once you receive the invitation email, you should follow the instructions here to sign up to Reconstruct. If you already have an account in Reconstruct, you don't have to do anything, the new project will show up on your command center automatically.
Managing Users
As the project administrator, you can access the User Manager in your project to invite other users to the project, change their permissions, and remove them from the project if needed. You can make other users administrators as well. This will enable them to invite others. Project administrators will have full access to everything in the project, and they can change your permissions as well.
As an administrator in the project, you can elect to force all your users to use Two Factor Authentication (2FA). This will require all the users in your project to set up 2FA the next time they log in.
