Reconstruct has the ability to keep track of changes in your project schedule, allowing the user to go back to any previous version of a schedule before certain modifications were made through version control.
To leverage our version control feature, just upload a schedule file with the same naming convention as another existing schedule already uploaded into the system. In addition, version control also works for all edits you make into your published schedule. Every time you publish a schedule that was under editing inside our platform, a new version of the same file will be created.
Schedule Versions
While using your schedule in the viewer, to revert back to any previous version of your schedule, from either the Published or Edit mode, click on the "Select Schedule" button located next to your schedule's name at the top of the schedule pane. You will then be asked if you want to go directly into Edit or Publish mode:
To know more about how the Edit and Publish mode work, please see our section on Editing and Publishing Schedules.
Schedule Publishing & Version using the Data Manager
Actions described above can be also executed from the Data Manager. For more information on how this works in your Data Manager, see our section on Activating and Deactivating Schedules.
