Learn how to associate a drawing with its corresponding location in Reconstruct and how to add new locations or edit existing ones. In this article, we'll guide you through the easy steps to manage drawing locations effectively, ensuring accurate and efficient 3D reconstruction.
Step 1: Access the Data Manager and Drawings Tab
Navigate to the Data Manager and go to the "Drawings" tab.
Associate Drawings with Locations
Select the location cell on the desired drawing. A pop-up window will display all the previously added locations. Check off the location(s) of the drawing to associate them together.
Set Default Drawing for Location
If multiple drawings share the same location and the selected drawing should be shown first for that location, right-click the desired location and select "Set item as default for location".
Add New Locations
Select "Create a new location" in the top-right corner and name it to add a new location. Edit the location boundaries later in the 3D viewer.
Edit or Delete Locations
To change the name of a location, right-click an existing location and select "Edit location name". To delete a location, go to the 3D viewer and follow the steps in the corresponding article.
