Steps to execute:

On-site & prep-work: 

1. Capture reality and visualize it with point clouds
2. Capture issues while on-site using Reporter App to add comments and images under a specific activity 3. Capture other issues while on-site with your phone camera to add to created pins on the point cloud
4. Locate issues on reality model using Pins and Viewpoints to record details and add images captured on-site or on the point cloud
5. Have this prepared before meetings for faster review

During Coordination Meetings:

6. During meetings visualize issues using Project Feed and Pins on Point Clouds
7. Discuss relevance with the team, and identify bottlenecks
8. Write details of potential solutions and assign responsible personnel on the Activity Feed or Pin

Goal:

9. Mark resolved previous action items during the meeting by hiding specific Pins or commenting RESOLVED on the Activity Feed
